We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems within our facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate should have strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Conduct inspections to identify equipment failures or potential safety hazards.

Troubleshoot motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and automated systems.

Complete maintenance work orders accurately and on time.

Install, assemble, and test new equipment and replacement parts.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and inventory of repair parts.

Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.

Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment performance.

Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workspace.

Pay Rate: Up to $60K +2 weeks vacation
