Commercial Refrigeration & Kitchen Equipment Technician
Location: Norcross, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Primarily onsite
Pay: $28-$40/hr
A City Discount is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration & Kitchen Equipment Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and prepare commercial foodservice equipment for resale and customer use.
This position is ideal for a technician who is looking for a more stable environment with primarily onsite work rather than constant road service calls.
What You’ll Work On
- Commercial refrigeration equipment
- Ice machines, coolers, and freezers
- Fryers, ovens, grills, and gas equipment
- Commercial electrical troubleshooting including 3-phase systems
- Equipment testing, evaluation, and repair
- Occasional offsite installations/removals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial refrigeration and/or restaurant equipment repair
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues independently
- Experience with gas, electrical, or refrigeration systems
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Bonus Experience
- HVAC/R background
- CFESA certification
- Journeyman experience
- Restaurant equipment repair experience
