Licensed Therapist (LPCC, LISW, or IMFT) – Adults | Columbus, OH
Safe Harbour Counseling is seeking an independently licensed therapist to join our established private practice in Columbus.
This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with adults and is looking to build a steady caseload in a supportive, professional environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy for adults
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Manage claims through practice workflow
- Provide ethical, high-quality care
Qualifications:
- Independently licensed in Ohio (LPCC, LISW, or IMFT)
- Experience working with adults and/or couples
- Ability to build and maintain a caseload
Compensation:
- 1099 contractor position (percentage-based)
- Estimated earnings: $60,000 – $100,000+ annually, depending on caseload
- Established referrals to support caseload growth
Schedule:
- Flexible within Monday–Thursday
- In-person sessions
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
