Salary: $24.44-$29.48 per hour (DOE) / Additional Differentials Must Qualify

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Develop, draft, and conduct training sessions for program staff on Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) principles, methodologies, and Program policies and procedures.

Ensure PQI and Program Policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively maintained to reflect current best practices and regulatory standards.

Review and enhance standards and tools for assessing methods and tracking outcomes.

Facilitate in developing tools for Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement practices such as questionnaires for clients and/or staff and compiles data for reports, as necessary.

Helps programs to track outcomes and compile data for reporting purposes as needed.

Creates forms and protocols for the assessment process. Compliance should be uniform in its evaluation.

Collects data and analyzes, reports findings to PQI and Agency Leadership.

Compile statistical data and draft narrative reports to succinctly summarize quality assurance findings and recommendations for program enhancement.

Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.

Provide support to programs in preparing for external audits, assisting with documentation review and compliance assessments.

Monitor program compliance with regulatory requirements, proactively addressing any areas of non-compliance to maintain program integrity.

Assists in the standardization of policies and procedures, reports, and questionnaires.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Review and evaluate clients' charts for completeness, accuracy, form, and content using measurable standards, offering feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Stay abreast of State or Federal regulation changes impacting agency procedures or policies, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as needed.

Assist in the back up of RCS released documentation (i.e., Policy and Procedures, Program Manuals, and forms, etc.)

Supports Agency accreditation/reaccreditation, site certification, and other processes critical to Agency operations.

Tracks outcomes, disseminates data and designs dashboards.

Participates in and provides support to the agency’s Safety and Compliance Officer program, contributing to efforts to uphold safety and compliance standards within the organization.

Overseeing policy review, developing, and revising policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and business requirements.

Works collaboratively and independently to ensure achievement of department objectives and functions.
Education and/or Experience
Associate degree related field or equivalent from college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Conditions of Employment:

May work across all agency programs as needed.

Occasional flexible work schedule required to meet individual client needs.

Must possess a valid CA Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean DMV printout (no more than 3 points).

Must pass a clear background check with DOJ, CACI, FBI, CCL.

CPR and First Aid Certified.
-
TB Exam and Physical at the time of employment.
Driving Requirement:
-
Driving is a required function of this position. Employees must use a personal vehicle that meet all agency requirements, including maintaining liability insurance that meets or exceeds state requirements.

Employees are responsible for ensuring the timely renewal of their vehicle insurance policies and providing updated documentation to the agency to remain in good standing and compliant with position requirements.
