Position Summary
This apprenticeship is a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain real-world experience in the hydraulic and industrial hose industry. As a Mobile Service Technician (MSST) Apprentice, you will work part-time in our warehouse and alongside experienced MSST’s to learn the ins and outs of our operations. Upon successful completion of your academic program, you will be eligible for a full-time position as a Mobile Service Technician.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in warehouse operations including inventory management, hose assembly, and shipping/receiving.

Participate in ride-alongs with Mobile Service Technicians to observe and assist with on-site service calls.

Learn safety protocols, product specifications, and customer service standards.

Support the team with general shop maintenance and organization.

Attend training sessions and complete assigned learning modules.
Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a technical or vocational program.

Interest in mechanical work, field service, or industrial equipment.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.

Valid driver’s license with clean 3-year record.
