About the Role:
Support students in a school-based setting by providing one-on-one and classroom assistance. You'll work alongside teachers to help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally while creating a safe, supportive learning environment.

What You'll Do
-
Assist teachers with preparing instructional materials and activities
-
Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with special needs or academic challenges

Supervise students during classroom activities and help maintain a safe learning environment

Support classroom behavior and reinforce positive student engagement

Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and provide feedback

Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs
What We're Looking For
Required:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or college coursework preferred)

Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred:
-
Previous experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting

Strong communication and organizational skills

Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and/or fumes

Frequent reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, running, carrying, and lifting up to 50 pounds
