Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and other specialized cleaning techniques.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and floor care techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled shifts.
- Previous hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus for understanding guest expectations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional communication style.
