Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team, including members of the Partner Success team, to ensure partner needs are clearly understood and met

Communicate progress, blockers, and outcomes clearly within the team and to relevant stakeholders

Build, maintain, and validate partner reports, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and reliable

Maintain and update partner databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries as needed
-
Develop, maintain, and monitor BI dashboards that surface educational data for partners, ensuring dashboards are accurate and refreshed on schedule

Assist in troubleshooting data quality issues and implementing fixes to improve reporting reliability

Use Git for version control and collaborate on code using standard branching and review practices

Write and maintain scripts and data workflows using Python, SQL, and command-line tools

Work with BigQuery (or similar data warehouses) to query, transform, and manage large datasets

Support the ongoing improvement and maintenance of documentation for systems, data pipelines, and processes in Notion

Follow established engineering and data best practices while continuing to learn and grow technical skills
Experience:
-
Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development or a related field. Bachelor's degree a plus.

1+ year(s) of experience in software development and ability to learn quickly.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
