Summary
The Cleaning Technician is responsible for providing deep cleaning and sanitizing services to all of our restaurant locations. This position is graveyard hours working 4/10's Monday thru Thursday.

Essential Functions and Key Position Accountabilities

Properly clean, sanitize and maintain restaurant equipment
-
Clean and disinfect common areas as assigned
-
Clean walls, floors, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills

Clean and polish stainless steel surfaces
-
Dust fixtures, ledges and shelves
-
Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas

Ability to travel to our restaurant locations.

Report maintenance concerns to facilities team

Secure restaurant locations and ensure the building is locked/unlocked as required

Ensure security of company assets while on-site

Ability to work non-business hours including nights.

Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures/laws and adhere to safe work practices.

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time

Adapts to changes in work assignments and environment, is willing to assume additional responsibility and learn new processes

Support special projects and other designated activities, as assigned. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by Manager
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
-
High School Diploma in a related field or equivalent
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Must have valid Washington State Driver’s License and pass DMV check
EXPERIENCE
-
This position prefers at least one year of facility maintenance or janitorial experience in a restaurant environment
