Position
We are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a solid technical foundation and is a natural communicator who is comfortable explaining system needs to homeowners. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, system diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems.
- Clearly and professionally explain findings to homeowners, presenting them with effective repair or replacement options.
- Maintain a positive and resilient attitude, understanding that your role is to educate and provide solutions, not just make a sale.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of service on every call.
- Keep accurate records of all service visits, parts used, and recommendations made.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Solid understanding of residential HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Section 608 Certification is required.
