Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized therapy services designed to help patients regain mobility, strength, and function. The PT will assess, develop, and execute treatment plans to enhance each patient's quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Florida PT license.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Excellent clinical skills and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
