What You'll Do as a Sales Team Member
- Represent Frontier Retail products and services with professionalism while delivering a customer-first experience.
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and recommend personalized service solutions.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, current promotions, and available service options.
- Guide customers through account enrollment, service upgrades, account changes, and other retail transactions.
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly support.
- Maintain accurate customer records while following company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual goals, contribute to team success, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
