Technical strategy: Define architecture, tooling, security, and scaling for SqlDBM v2, then turn “we should” into “it’s in prod.”

ASP.NET to .NET Core transition: Own the migration path, ensure zero downtime, and retire our legacy code.

AI enablement: Formalize an AI toolchain (Cursor/Copilot, etc.), set prompt patterns, guardrails, and velocity metrics.

Team leadership: Hire, coach, and unblock a squad of full‑stack engineers.

Delivery & DevOps: Set up and maintain CI pipelines, automated testing, deployment workflows, observability, feature flags, etc.

Frontend coordination: Keep our React codebase clean

Database intuition: Understand normalization, indexing, and warehouse semantics.

Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock and other Gen‑AI platforms; routine use of coding copilots, LLM‑powered code review, and automated test generation.

Expertise in designing and operating CI/CD, automated testing pipelines, and smooth deployment flows - experience deploying to prod multiple times a day.

The pay range for this role is:
255,000 - 285,000 USD per year(SqlDBM Carlsbad Office)
