Gardens Unit is an Assisted Living Unit. We're hiring for the following schedules:
Wednesday - Friday 10am-6pm
Every other weekend 10am-6pm
Your vital part at Oasis is:
- Provide great care to our residents.
- Housekeeping duties of the unit, including personal apartments.
- Answer residents calls and determine how best to help them.
- Provide support and guidance for residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and laundry.
- Lead/Participate in engagement/activities with residents in our community
- Assist with meal services
- Work collaboratively with the entire care team by documenting your care giving tasks in our Care Connect app.
- Attend specialized training in-service.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need to become a member of the Oasis Team:
- Dedicated and compassionate caregiver.
- Ability to become certified as a Home Health Aide (we can certify you as an HHA!).
- Ability to think and work independently as well as with direction.
- Communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Comfortable with technology

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
