Duties
- Taking customer orders, delivering food and drinks on POS system, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Interact with customers to answer questions about the menu, take orders accurately, and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Servers also handle billing, process payments, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Cleaning tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring that customers' needs are met throughout their visit.
- Must follow safety and hygiene standards, as well as work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing attentive service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old but not preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and POS system is a plus.
- Strong math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
