Chisholm Law + Title is a boutique real estate law firm seeking to hire a full time Title Processor. Candidate must have experience in real estate closings and/or title processing.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage files from inception to closing
- Can assist in preparing Hud-1 statements, Closing Statement or Closing Disclosure for both Buyer and Seller sides
- Clear title requirements prior to closings
- Able to coordinate closings with Buyer, Seller, Lender and Realtors
- Professional and polished with excellent customer service skills
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of experience as a title processor in Florida
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work efficiently, handle deadline pressures and work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast pace environment
