Center Rehab is Milford's premier outpatient ortho practice. PT owned and operated for 27 years, we have a large referral base and see a large variety of patients with orthopedic needs. We have a position open for a CT licensed physical therapist who is able to practice in-house at our facility near downtown Milford, Connecticut. We are looking for professionals with an interest in orthopedics & general physical therapy. New Grads are welcome and will be closely mentored for strong skills building.
We see a wide range of ages & levels of athletes, including college & high school competitors. If you have experience with balance and vestibular treatment, let's talk! Demand for dry needling skills has also grown.

Center Rehab is physical therapist owned and operated. We have been serving the Milford area community since 1999. We opened a brand new office space in Milford in December 2025. It is modern, bright and set up to match our patient's needs. Our referral base is well established. We devote 30 minutes of one-on-one to each patient here. We don't use extenders or aides. Eval's are 60 minutes . Most of our patients are usually here for 45 minutes in total working on their recovery. We don't use productivity models and quotas. You will actually like working here. We have separate treatment rooms for every patient with doors, not curtains.
Finally, if you aren't licensed in the State of Connecticut (or are unable to do so immediately) as a physical therapist, this job isn't for you.
