We are looking for an experienced legal receptionist to answer a multi-line phone system and be the first point of contact for a busy law firm. The ideal candidate will be dependable and have a positive, upbeat attitude.
Responsibilities
- Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Collecting and distributing mail within the building as well as preparing mail to leave the building
- Scanning, copying, filing, and faxing documents
- General data entry
- Scheduling
- Providing support to other staff members and attorney as needed
Skills
- Two or more years experience as a receptionist.
- Ability to operate multi-line phone system and office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong orientation for quality customer service delivery and pleasant attitude
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; adept at working with Microsoft Word and Excel
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
