Schedule: Nights | Part-time | 2x12 hour shifts with weekend requirements
How you'll make an impact in this role:
Enhance patient comfort and daily dignity by assisting with personal care, meals, and activities of daily living, ensuring each patient feels supported throughout their stay.
Protect patient mobility and safety by carefully aiding with the movement, transfer, and positioning of patients to prevent injuries and promote physical recovery.
Serve as a vital link for the clinical team by closely monitoring patients and immediately reporting any changes in their physical, mental, or emotional condition to the nursing staff.
Maintain an accurate record of care by documenting patient updates and daily activities to ensure the broader healthcare team has seamless, up-to-date information.
Create a healing environment by keeping patient rooms clean, orderly, and equipped with properly maintained medical supplies for optimal, safe care delivery.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
