Job Overview
We are seeking a Line Cook or two to join our kitchen. Need availability for nights and weekends. Part time to start, approximately 20-25 hours. Typical schedule 6PM-2AM, Though there may be some swing shifts as well.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including all cooking equipment and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Maintain communication with front-of-house staff to coordinate orders effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry is welcomed, but not required.
- knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
