We’re hiring an Entry Level Manager who is ready to learn, lead, connect with people, and build something bigger for themselves. You don’t need years of management experience, we’re looking for someone with the drive to learn, the confidence to communicate, and the ambition to grow. This is an in-person opportunity for someone who is ready to build leadership skills, develop professionally, and take on increasing responsibility in a fast-paced team environment.
As an Entry Level Manager, you’ll receive hands-on training while supporting daily team operations and customer-focused initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with coordinating daily team activities and goals
- Support team members with training, coaching, and development
- Communicate with customers and provide professional service
- Help track team performance and contribute to achieving targets
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and leadership training
- Maintain a positive and productive team environment
- Learn company processes and develop the skills needed for future management responsibilities
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities as your experience grows
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
