Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Compton, CA
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Compton, CA. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of warehouse coordination experience, strong inventory management skills, and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can coordinate daily warehouse operations while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient workflow.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
- Ensure products are stored accurately and safely.
- Work closely with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to meet operational goals.
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain warehouse records.
- Train and support warehouse personnel on procedures and best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow company safety policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Warehouse Coordinator experience required.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
- Strong inventory control and cycle count experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
