Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transportation, eating, shopping, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or transfer belts.
- Monitor health by taking observing changes in condition, and reporting findings.
- Prepare meals aligned with dietary restrictions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing routine cleaning tasks in common areas.
- Engage through social activities, recreational programs, and companionship to promote mental well-being.
- Document care activities, adhering to privacy standards such as HIPAA
- Demonstrated knowledge of patient observation techniques, dementia care including Alzheimer’s and memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are advantageous. We provide training.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with teams while maintaining a compassionate approach.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
