Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (Feeding Experience would be a plus )

About Us: We are a dynamic pediatric outpatient facility dedicated to providing comprehensive, family centered care to children of all ages. Our multidisciplinary team supports children with a wide range of communication, developmental, and feeding needs in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our full-time team. The ideal candidate has experience working in pediatric settings, with feeding and swallowing experience strongly preferred but not required. This clinician will provide evaluation and treatment services to children with speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and feeding evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy for speech sound disorders, language delays, pragmatic language deficits, and feeding/swallowing disorders
- Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other professionals as needed
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Texas state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in pediatrics required
- Feeding and swallowing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
