Waner Construction is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated candidate to fill the position of Estimator.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Develop and maintain Subcontractor relationships and database
- Complete quantity surveys using On-Screen Take-Off software
- Prepare accurate contractual and conceptual estimates with minimal supervision
- Understand construction sequencing, means, and methods
- Review and analyze Subcontractor proposals for complete scope of work
- Manage Subcontractor bid solicitation including invitations to bid, follow-up, and receipt
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Construction Management or Civil Engineering 4 Year B.S. Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant estimating experience

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
