We manage residential buildings in NYC and are looking for a reliable, skilled Cleaner/ Housekeeper to keep our properties in excellent condition.
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented full-time cleaner to join our team. We provide monthly standard and deep cleanings in residential properties throughout New York City.
Requirements
- Confidently use Google Maps for navigation.
- Use a personal smartphone for photo reports and work-related communication.
- Have a good understanding of cleaning products and their proper use.
- Work quickly while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards.
- Be physically able to climb stairs and carry cleaning supplies up to the 5th floor when needed.
- Be dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Be available to work occasional weekends when needed. Weekend work is paid separately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
Pay: $44,400.00 per year
