Vista Home Management · Austin, TX · Full-time, in person
About us: Vista Home Management is a growing Austin construction company. We're the single point of contact for a portfolio of exceptional homes — we maintain them week to week, manage every vendor and repair, and run major remodel projects for our clients. You'd be the first hire alongside the founder, with real ownership from day one and a direct path to senior leadership as we grow.
The role — two jobs in one, on purpose:
Remodel projects (~half your week):
- Run day-to-day execution of our residential remodel projects: subcontractor scheduling and coordination, site walks, quality checks, punch lists
- Track budgets, change orders, and timelines; flag problems before they become expensive
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and material selections; keep the job site moving
- Send clients clear, proactive updates — they should never have to ask "what's happening?"
Home management operations (the other half):
- Own the daily work-order pipeline across our member homes: dispatch vendors, schedule visits, verify completed work meets our standard
- Be on site when clients can't be — let vendors in, oversee repairs, walk properties
- Handle client requests and communications with white-glove polish
- Run seasonal maintenance programs and home walkthroughs
- Work inside our custom-built CRM (everything — work orders, scheduling, messaging — runs through it; we'll train you)
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in residential construction project management, estate/property management, or trade supervision
- You know how a house works — you can walk a job and tell good work from bad
- Organized to a fault; nothing falls through cracks on your watch
- Excellent written and spoken communication — our clients are successful, busy people who expect polish
- Comfortable with technology (our whole operation runs on software)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; based in Austin
- Bonus: bilingual English/Spanish; existing Austin subcontractor relationships
Compensation: $75,000–$100,000 depending on experience, plus project-completion bonuses. Mileage reimbursement, phone allowance, PTO.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
