- Be an Owner and Leader: Ensures commitment to operational excellence, maintaining work area according to company policies and procedures; assisting customers with purchasing decisions; and ensuring merchandise is properly labeled, stored, identified, and rung up in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Standing on your feet for up to 4 hours a day without a break.
Responsibilities:
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN MANAGMENT AND CASHIERING PREFERRED.
- Front end supervisors are responsible for managing the front end operations and cashiers during their shift. Additionally they are responsible for managing the customer service desk function - answering the store telephone, and making sure cashiers are ringing up customers quickly and accurately.
