The Opportunity
As our first Sales Manager, you won’t just be closing deals—you’ll be building the blueprint for our entire sales department. You will start by mastering and managing leads for our core services (Roofing, Siding, and Windows), with the freedom to expand into other remodeling projects as you grow. Eventually, you will recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals.

Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales success (Home Improvement experience is a major plus).
- Leadership: A desire to manage others and grow a team.
- Location: Ideal candidates will live within 10–15 minutes of Findlay, OH (our base of operations).
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.

Heres what we need from you:
- Basic knowledge of most of the items listed above with skills and the confidence to close and generate leads
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales strategies
- Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
- Offer excellent customer service when appropriate and the ability to have conversations with customers as needed to update them on progress or necessary changes as needed
- Lead a sales team successfully by setting expectations and giving feedback when appropriate
- Read and understand basic building plans and follow instructions
- Complete sales contracts, scope of work agreements and help manage the sales and labor teams as needed
This is not an office job. You can work from home when appropriate otherwise you will be out in the field everyday generating and following up on leads and following up with customers and building networking relationships.
Our service area is Findlay +45 miles radius.
We are not your typical roofing and remodeling company. We're motivated, growing, and setting a new standard in our area for service and quality. We only hire pros and are not afraid to put in the time to be successful.
This position will pay $75,000 - $125,000 with base salary and commission on gross sales and your ability to close. There are no caps on commissions, we will be providing leads to you as well as providing you dedicated office space and a networking group to generate leads from.
We will pay a monthly flat rate for use of your personal vehicle as well as all basic maintenance and fuel. A company vehicle will be provided between 6 months to a year of start date (after your probationary period has ended).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
