Ez Health helps seniors navigate the healthcare system and overcome social / environmental barriers to get great care and live healthy. Our goal is to help seniors stay independent and in their own home. We're looking for empathetic Physicians with licensure in multiple states to support our patients all across the US.
Position Overview:
- Role: Physician for telehealth
- Location: Fully Remote
- Schedule: Available at least 10 hours a week, scheduling is flexible, and we can guarantee at least 10 hours per week depending on your licensure
- Compensation: 1099 contract opportunity at $80 per completed appt, $25 per no show. Appts are 20 minutes long. Your effective rate will be ~$185 / hour.
Some Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct initial intake evaluation visits with new patients (ages 65+) via video or phone.
- Holistically evaluate patients and develop care plans to overcome social / environmental barriers of health
Requirements
- Active MD/DO license in at least 5 states (preferred: GA, MA, TN, MO, MN, SC, AL, LA, AR)
- Board Certified by the AMA or AOA
- 2+ years of independent practice experience as an MD/DO
- Must have no history of malpractice
- Background in Internal or Family Medicine preferred
- Comfortable with complex chronic condition management
- Competent in providing patient education at every visit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred
- Above-average comfort with technology and assisting patients with troubleshooting technical difficulties that may occur in the home environment
- Timely and professional
- Enrolled in Medicare preferred
