Preparing plates for servers some cleaning at the end of the night. Weekday and weekend evenings (5-9pm).closed Mondays. Meats already smoked no cooking involved. Just appetizers, prepping for sandwich's and sides, Meat combo orders and plate presentation is of importance! We can get busy over dinner but its always manageable. Room for growth/hourly must have at least 1 year Kitchen experience.
