Grill & Sauté Line Cook
We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and seasoned Grill & Sauté Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to delivering the quality, consistency, and attention to detail our guests expect.

Responsibilities
- Execute grill and sauté station with accuracy and consistency
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness
- Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with prep and station setup before service and breakdown after service
- Maintain organization and proper inventory of station ingredients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years experience working grill or sauté in a professional kitchen
- Strong understanding of cooking temperatures, timing, and plating
- Ability to work cleanly, quickly, and efficiently under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and pride in producing excellent food
