Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at The Club Car. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a slow-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for managing the bar area and cooking from a small menu.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor, glassware, and supplies.
- Utilize the Silverware system for order processing and cash handlIng.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices to ensure guest safety.
- Be able to cook from a small menu.
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a slower environment.
- Excellent sales skills to promote drink specials and enhance guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices within the food industry.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
