Job Title: Memorial Package Delivery Driver

Location: Deliveries will mostly be in Dallas, but can vary
Compensation: $15/hr
Weekly Commitment: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (may require extra time to drive to our facility and pick up our memorial packages)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and empathetic Memorial Package Delivery Driver to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that each client receives their pet's memorial package on a timely manner and is treated with love and care.
Responsibilities:
- Package Deliveries: Execute timely and secure delivery of memorial packages to clients' locations with proper communication to our families of our arrival. This is not a package delivery, this is a family member that is coming home. Our memorial packages are carried with two hands and cradled delicately like a baby.
- Reliability: Demonstrate consistent reliability in meeting delivery commitments and providing proper notification to the rest of the team after each arrival.
- Follow Safety Procedures: Demonstrate safe driving practices by abiding by traffics laws.
- Customer Service Excellence: Interact with clients in a compassionate and respectful manner, understanding the emotional sensitivity of the packages being delivered.
- Communication: Keep open communication with the team regarding delivery schedules and any challenges encountered.
- Presentable Appearance: Ensure a presentable and well-groomed appearance, including trimmed nails, neat hair, appropriate music levels, and clean clothes.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure our company vehicle is clean and properly maintained (no check lights, scratches, etc)
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Compassionate Nature: Exhibit empathy and understanding in interactions with grieving pet owners.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills to provide comfort and support to clients.
