Join the Home Helpers team as a Home Care Aide and become a vital part of providing superior quality home care services for our clients. As a Home Care Aide, you will deliver essential support that preserves independence, safety, and well-being, ensuring each person receives respectful and attentive care tailored to their unique needs. Your work will help create a positive environment where clients feel valued and supported every day.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support)
- Treat clients with dignity and respect
- Provide companionship and stimulate your client’s interests (outings, conversation, hobbies, etc)
- Ensure safety and security
- Prepare meals
- Provide transportation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Work independently with good judgement
Requirements
- Weekend availability
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Background check
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication management, and care plan implementation.
- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
