Pro Crew Gear
We outfit the construction and specialty trade professionals and who keep the world moving. We pride ourselves on "Pro Crew" quality, which means our internal operations have to be just as sharp as the gear we produce. We are a fast-paced, high-energy team looking for a detail-obsessed sales & operations associate to help us grow.
The Role
We aren't looking for a "trainee." We need a mid-level professional with 2–3 years of experience who thrives on organization and process. As our sales & operations associate, you will be the "hub" of our wheel—managing the flow of orders from the initial sales assist all the way through to the customer’s front door.
If you get a dopamine hit from a perfectly organized spreadsheet and a "Project Completed" notification, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Hyper-Organized Product Ordering: Manage the purchasing of blanks and materials with extreme precision. You’ll ensure we have the right inventory at the right time to meet production deadlines.
- Project Management & Coordination: Track multiple orders simultaneously. You will coordinate between vendors, production, and shipping to ensure "Pro Crew" standards are met for every deadline.
- Sales Order Assistance: Support the sales process by processing incoming orders, generating quotes, and ensuring all client data is entered accurately into our systems.
- Customer Success: Act as the primary point of contact for order updates. You’ll handle inquiries with professionalism and a "problem-solved" attitude.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–3 years in an operations, logistics, or administrative coordination role (Apparel or Print industry experience is a major plus).
- Organizational Mastery: You are "Type A" and proud of it. You can manage 20+ moving parts without dropping the ball.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable learning CRM, Project Management software and eCommerce software
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills. You can explain a timeline delay or a product substitution clearly and calmly.
- Adaptability: You enjoy the "hustle" of a small business and are happy to jump in where needed to get the job done.
Why Pro Crew Gear:
- A high-energy work environment with real opportunities for career growth.
- Opportunity to learn new skills and wear multiple hats.
- Paid-Time Off.
