Capstone IT is partnering with an enterprise client on a large-scale network modernization initiative spanning approximately 5,000+ retail locations across the United States.
We're looking for a highly organized Telecom Project Coordinator who enjoys managing moving pieces, coordinating vendors, tracking schedules, and keeping large infrastructure projects on track. This role is ideal for someone with telecommunications or network deployment experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
This position is focused on coordination and execution rather than hands-on engineering or budget ownership.
What You'll Do
· Coordinate telecom circuit installations and network upgrades across thousands of retail locations.
· Work directly with telecommunications providers including companies such as AT&T, Spectrum, Windstream, and others to obtain quotes, place circuit orders, and monitor progress.
· Track project milestones, installation dates, and order status throughout the deployment lifecycle.
· Coordinate schedules between telecom providers, installation vendors, internal project teams, and retail locations.
· Communicate installation schedules and expectations with store managers.
· Manage landlord Right of Entry (ROE) documentation and approvals for leased locations.
· Attend recurring vendor status meetings and provide project updates.
· Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust timelines as project priorities evolve.
· Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
· Help ensure successful network cutovers with minimal impact to retail operations
What We're Looking For
Required
· Experience working within telecom provisioning systems or managing carrier service orders from request through installation.
· Experience coordinating telecommunications, infrastructure, or network deployment projects.
· Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
· Experience working with vendors and service providers.
· Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred
· Experience ordering or managing telecommunications circuits.
· Familiarity with telecom providers.
· Experience supporting multi-site deployments.
· Exposure to routers, switches, WAN connectivity, or telecommunications infrastructure.
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
