Medical Equipment Sales & Service Associate
Universal Diagnostic Solutions is looking for a motivated, adaptable, and self-directed individual to join our team in a hybrid sales, service, and customer support role.
This position is intentionally designed with an open-net approach. We are interested in candidates who may bring different but valuable backgrounds, including technical, engineering, biomedical, clinical, sonography, customer service, or sales experience. The right fit may come from several different paths.
The ideal candidate may be someone with engineering-like problem-solving skills and sales ability, or someone with clinical sonography experience and strong customer-facing communication skills. We are also open to considering candidates without these exact backgrounds if they demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic, communication ability, learning capacity, and overall fit for our company.
This role is best suited for someone who is a self-learner, a self-starter, and an independent problem solver. Success in this position will require a person who can take direction, learn quickly, ask good questions, follow through, and continue moving tasks forward without needing to be micromanaged.
About the Role
Universal Diagnostic Solutions operates in the medical equipment and diagnostic imaging space. This role will support a combination of sales activity, customer communication, equipment coordination, clinical workflow support, and operational execution.

- A blended sales, service, and clinical support role
We are looking for someone who can grow with the company and help create value across multiple areas of the business. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can operate effectively in an environment where priorities may shift based on customer needs, company targets, and operational demands.
