The Resource Partner Coordinator plays a critical role in that mission—building and stewarding relationships with partners, creating meaningful sponsor experiences, and helping grow a network that directly fuels church planting.

What You’ll DoOwn Partner Relationships
- Build and manage relationships with current and prospective partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and strong follow-through
- Steward each partnership with excellence—making sure every commitment is delivered
- Help partners clearly see the impact of their investment in ARC
Lead Sponsor Experience at Events
- Plan and execute sponsor experiences at ARC conferences and events
- Ensure partners are well-represented, engaged, and cared for on-site
- Manage logistics including booths, signage, and sponsor touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless, high-quality experience
Drive Growth & Engagement
- Identify and engage new partners to support and add value to ARC Churches
- Strengthen retention by creating consistent, high-value partner experiences
- Track performance and recommend improvements to the program
Execute with Excellence
- Manage invoices, payments, and partnership tracking with accuracy
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and at a high level
- Keep systems organized and communication clear across all stakeholders

- Strong, trust-based relationships built with key partners
- Sponsors consistently have an excellent experience at ARC events
- Increased partner engagement and retention
- Growth in sponsorship participation in the Resource Partner Program

Who You Are
- A relationship builder who naturally connects with people
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about the local church and ARC’s mission
Experience That Helps
- 2–5 years in partnerships, sponsorships, fundraising, account management, or events
- Experience working with sponsors, donors, or external partners
- Event coordination or conference experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Mac-based tools

- Full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, AL
- Occasional travel required for ARC events
