Overview
Streamline Defense is seeking a Licensing & Contract Administrator to support the U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) program from Streamline's facility in Tampa, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to manage software licenses, contract renewals, and vendor compliance, ensuring legal and regulatory adherence.
Personnel must be proficient in license tracking, contract interpretation, and cost optimization strategies for software and hardware procurements.
Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Requirements
Clearance: As Required
The contractor shall provide personnel with a Bachelor's degree in Contract Law, Business Management, or a related field, or four (4) years of equivalent experience in contract administration.
Personnel must have demonstrated expertise in the DFARS and FAR processes for software and technology licensing, ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition regulations and intellectual property policies.
Personnel must have experience managing enterprise software licenses, tracking renewal cycles, and ensuring vendor compliance with federal procurement requirements.
Experience with DoD licensing agreements, SaaS procurement, and enterprise contract negotiation is required.
Desired Qualifications
Desirable but not required certifications include Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) Certification.
