Department: Warehouse Operations
Location: Corporate Office
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
The Warehouse Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Pick and pack customer orders based on pick tickets or RF scanner instructions
Ensure order accuracy and proper labeling prior to shipment
Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Meet productivity and accuracy standards set by management
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred, but not required
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
Basic math and counting skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 40+ pounds regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may include varying temperatures)
Fast-paced warehouse setting
May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling based on business needs
