As the Sr. Director, Offer to Order – Large & Complex Deals, you will be responsible for:
Lead the Offer to Order strategy and execution for Large & Complex Deals across NAM DX, including key strategic customer relationships such as Quest, LabCorp, HCA, and other enterprise accounts, supporting sustained market leadership and long-term business growth in the U.S. In-Vitro Diagnostics market
Serve as the primary financial and strategic advisor to Sales leadership in the development of complex deal strategies, commercial structures, and business cases for the largest and most strategically significant opportunities across NAM DX and the broader DX business
Provide executive leadership and governance for the Letter of Authorization (LOA) process, ensuring effective coordination across Legal, Contract Management, Service, TAO, Pricing, and other critical stakeholders to drive timely and informed decision-making
Act as the executive owner and single point of accountability for deal financials associated with LOA opportunities, ensuring financial integrity, accuracy, completeness, compliance with accounting standards and books-and-records requirements, and appropriate assessment of financial and business risk
Lead the management, prioritization, and communication of the current and future LOA pipeline, providing strategic insights and executive-level updates to NAM DX Leadership, Business Area leadership teams, and key stakeholders to support business planning and decision-making
Establish and oversee governance, training, and capability-building programs for Sales, Pricing, and HSE teams related to the LOA process, deal escalation frameworks, and commercial best practices, driving organizational effectiveness and consistency
Provide strategic direction through advanced business analyses and market evaluations, leveraging sales performance trends, competitive intelligence, and business outlooks to support decision-making and growth strategies across the U.S. Direct Sales organization
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Commercial Excellence teams to support annual operating plans, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, providing insights related to market opportunities, customer retention, pricing dynamics, and business risks
Provide strategic leadership and talent development for a team of direct reports and people leaders, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and achievement of organizational objectives
Champion business transformation initiatives, process optimization efforts, and digitalization strategies that improve scalability, operational excellence, and customer outcomes across the quote-to-cash lifecycle
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline) preferred
Experience
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, Commercial Operations, Deal Management, Strategy, Sales Operations, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of industry and Siemens Healthineers experience
Demonstrated success leading managers, people leaders, and/or large cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing, inclusive organizations
Experience supporting complex commercial transactions, strategic deal structuring, financial analysis, pricing strategies, and business planning processes
Experience leading digital transformation, business process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Demonstrated success leading complex projects and enterprise-wide initiatives while ensuring high-quality and timely execution
Strong change leadership experience, including driving organizational transformation and stakeholder adoption
Experience utilizing business analytics tools, developing dashboards, interpreting data trends, and implementing data-driven improvement initiatives
Experience evaluating, influencing, and supporting the implementation of new technologies, systems, and business tools
Knowledge of project management methodologies, business process reengineering, and operational excellence frameworks
Ability to travel approximately 10–15%

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, preferred
Demonstrated accountability, integrity, and ownership in achieving business results
Ability to effectively lead, coach, and collaborate across all levels and functions of the organization
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

The base pay range for this position is:
$189,950 - $261,184
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
