Position Summary
From day one, this individual will be expected to assess our existing Salesforce environment, identify technical debt and architectural limitations, and develop a strategic roadmap for rebuilding and modernizing key Salesforce processes and systems. The goal is to remove existing build constraints, improve scalability, simplify administration, and create a platform that can support future business growth and innovation.
The Salesforce Administrator is a hands-on, highly motivated professional who is eager to make an impact and continuously improve the business through technology. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, enhancement, and optimization of the Salesforce platform while serving as a trusted partner to sales, service, marketing, operations, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and reports.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
- Perform regular system audits and maintain platform health.
Business Process Support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.
- Support sales, service, and operational processes within Salesforce.
User Support & Training
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support requests.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams or external vendors.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Promote user adoption and best practices.
Integration & Release Management
- Assist with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
- Support testing, deployment, and change management activities.
- Document configurations, processes, and system changes.
- Coordinate with developers and consultants on enhancement projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data management, and reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years in advancing Salesforce administration experience,
- Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Experience in Finance Industry – Equipment finance even better!
- Experience with managed packages and AppExchange applications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Docusign Integration Experience
- Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader.

Pay: $78,087.53 - $125,000.00 per year
