Bay Capital Mortgage Group is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Director to lead digital lead generation, online marketing campaigns, vendor relationships, live marketing events, and loan officer marketing support.
Approximately 50% of this role will focus on online lead generation, including digital campaigns, landing pages, lead funnels, CRM follow-up, paid social, retargeting, database marketing, website conversion, and performance tracking.
The remaining focus will include managing marketing vendors, coordinating live events, supporting loan officers, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring all marketing activity meets mortgage compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage online lead generation campaigns across digital advertising, landing pages, lead forms, email campaigns, CRM automation, social media, website conversion, and retargeting.
Build lead funnels that generate qualified mortgage leads, Realtor/referral partner opportunities, recruiting conversations, event registrations, and database re-engagement.
Track campaign performance, including lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, CRM engagement, conversion rates, and funded loan opportunities.
Create social media content that supports lead generation, loan officer visibility, recruiting, referral partner engagement, and consumer education.
Manage marketing vendors, agencies, designers, CRM providers, video partners, advertising platforms, print partners, technology providers, and event vendors.
Plan, promote, and coordinate live marketing events including Realtor events, buyer seminars, lunch-and-learns, community events, recruiting events, webinars, and loan officer partner events.
Support loan officers with social media templates, email campaigns, video scripts, Realtor materials, buyer education content, product flyers, and personal branding resources.
Maintain brand consistency across digital, print, video, event, recruiting, and loan officer-facing materials.
Ensure marketing materials meet mortgage compliance standards, including disclosures, licensing, fair lending, RESPA, TILA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, NMLS requirements, and company brand standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in mortgage, real estate, financial services, banking, or another sales-driven industry.
Strong experience with online lead generation, digital campaigns, landing pages, lead funnels, email marketing, CRM automation, paid social, and social media marketing.
Experience tracking lead sources, conversion rates, cost per lead, campaign performance, and ROI.
Experience managing vendors, marketing projects, live events, deadlines, and internal requests.
Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and compliant marketing copy.
Experience with Canva, CRM platforms, social media schedulers, landing page builders, Google Business Profile, SEO tools, paid ads, AI tools, or video editing platforms is preferred.
Mortgage or real estate marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
