Part-Time Spa Receptionist
At Botara Euro Spa, we provide unique, authentic European spa treatments explicitly designed to relax the body and soul. Located in a beautiful and tranquil sanctuary, we treat our clients to premium experiences—from our Signature European Stone Ritual to luxurious AromaSteam sessions and body scrubs. We are currently seeking a warm, poised, and detail-oriented Part-Time Spa Receptionist to join our dedicated wellness team and serve as the welcoming face of our spa.
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Hours: 24 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM & Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Compensation: $15.00 / hour
- Location: 620 Ridgewood Crossing Dr., Ste. E, Akron/Fairlawn, OH 44333
Key Responsibilities
- Client Welcome: Greet guests warmly as they arrive, guide them through check-in, and maintain a serene front desk environment.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently answer phones, answer client inquiries, and manage schedules using our booking platform.
- Product & Package Sales: Educate clients on our specialized European spa packages and retail lines, including our signature foaming bath salts and premium Dermalogica Skincare items.
- Operations Support: Process client checkout payments securely and coordinate with our massage therapists and estheticians to ensure flawless shift timing.
- Spa Presentation: Keep the front lobby, reception area, and product shelves looking immaculate, organized, and inviting.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative front desk experience is preferred (spa or salon background is a major plus).
- Availability: Must be able to work the full shift schedule listed above consistently.
- Communication: A highly polished, professional demeanor with excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- Technical Comfort: Ability to learn spa scheduling software and comfortably manage a multi-line system.
- Reliability: Prompt, highly organized, and able to multitask gracefully in a peaceful, quiet wellness setting.
