Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register and provide exceptional customer service
- Placing orders for store merchandise
- Receive, reconcile, and stock merchandise according to company standards
- Verify incoming deliveries and scan merchandise using a handheld scanner
- Organize and stock coolers, stockrooms, and sales floor areas
- Ensure product rotation, and removal, as needed by expiration dates
- Coordinate with vendors to receive credit for expired products
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (5 to 25 lbs) repeatedly and frequently throughout your shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods, unassisted.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment and meet the physical demands of the role
- Light custodial responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with technology, including handheld scanners and back office systems
- Previous experience in retail, stocking, or inventory management is preferred
- Must be 21 or older
- Must be available on weekends
