Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding financing options and vehicle pricing.
- Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
- Manage outbound sales efforts through follow-ups and outreach to potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, dealership promotions, and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to dealership success.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of retail math and ability to perform calculations related to financing and pricing.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and software systems is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a broader customer base.
- Strong outbound sales skills with a proactive approach to reaching potential clients.
