Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and support to residents
- Observe, monitor, and document resident health and vital signs
- Collaborate with RNs and Unit Managers on care plans and medical histories
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations
- Support a professional, collaborative, and compassionate care environment
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Massachusetts
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
- Dedication to providing high-quality, resident-focused care
