As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team, including training and coaching.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring product availability.
- Present sales numbers to customers with confidence to negotiate price and trade values.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Previous dealership sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in retail math and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have a valid motorcycle license
