We are currently seeking compassionate CAREgivers to support clients throughout Central Phoenix and the West Valley. Our clients include older adults, individuals with disabilities, and others who benefit from long-term, in-home care. CAREgivers play a vital role in helping clients maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
What You’ll Do
CAREgivers provide non-medical, in-home support that may include:
- Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Companionship and social engagement
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Laundry and errands
- Transfer and mobility assistance
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
Each client’s needs are unique, and care plans are tailored accordingly.
Training & Support
We invest in our CAREgivers from day one. Paid and ongoing training includes:
- CPR & First Aid training
- Direct Care Worker (DCW) training
- Ongoing continuing education (minimum 6 hours annually)
- Optional advanced training, including emotional intelligence and leadership development
- Employee wellness and self-care resources
No prior caregiving experience is required—training is provided.

Physical & Job Requirements
To perform this job safely and effectively, CAREgivers must be able to:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff
- Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and navigating stairs during a shift
- Lift and/or assist with lifting up to approximately 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Use basic household tools and equipment
